Christmas Cards

Photo courtesy of http://www.bestdressedkids.com/. I participated in another show this past weekend. Three down two to go. I am not sure if next fall, I will participate in five shows. I guess you live and learn. I planned all of the five shows this past summer when I was craving some adult and me time after going to the pool over and over again with the two little ones.

Miss Priss and I left Friday morning in the pouring rain. Ever since our slip and slide this past summer (the last time it rained in Virginia), I am much more of a cautious driver. Cars were speeding by me like they were being chased by a tornado! Blows my mind. No wonder so many car accidents happen-SLOW DOWN PEOPLE!
I know rain was desperately needed, but I don't like the rain. It is nothing but a hassle. I don't like umbrellas and getting wet. Miss Priss loves her umbrella which means I am left standing in the rain even longer as she puts it up! ( can you tell I am still a little bitter from setting up my display with at least five trips to the car to get ready for the show in the pouring rain)

My show was on Friday and Saturday which left some time for shopping. This dress above is what I found at a local children's boutique. I love the white and will look great for the dreaded Christmas cards picture that I seem to wait until the last minute to take. I am hoping to get a jump start this year. (since it is two days until Nov.-it doesn't look like it) Maybe next year!

I also did some shopping for myself which I will post on at a later date!

What a darling dress.

My husband is always stating I drive like an old lady.
I am just cautious. I have been in a few accidents and well I got hurt pretty bad in one.
